Introduction & Department Highlights
The Department of Neonatal, Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine at BLK Super Speciality Hospital is multispecialty, tertiary care centre which takes care of children from birth till the age of 18 years. The department is headed by Dr Subhash C. Arya who was earlier Director, Centre for child health at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital. The department caters to a wide range of childhood problems. The department has state of the art Pediatric Intensive Care Unit and tertiary level Neonatal unit managed by intensivists & neonatologists. Besides many other super specialities, it also has a team of compassionate and qualified doctors and paramedics in the field of Rehabilitation and Developmental Paediatrics. The faculty consists of both young and senior consultants in various super specialties that are committed to the welfare of children in all aspects. Besides preventive, curative and promotive health they participate in advocacy for various issues concerning children like child labour, street children, juvenile delinquency etc. We strive for Care with Compassion.
